27. Pleaders.
- The [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government, or any person who has made a claim under this Act, may appoint any person to appear, plead and act on its or his behalf before the Forest Settlement-Officer, or any appellate or revisional authority in the course of any inquiry, appeal or revision under this Act or before any arbitrator appointed to determine any compensation payable under sub-section (5) of section 10.
