Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
(1)The returning officer appointed under sub-rule 2 of rule 12 shall, conduct the elections of the members of the Town Vending Committee representing the street vendors.
