(2)The Superintendent shall ensure that all the rescue equipment and apparatus kept at the rescue station, rescue rooms and at the entrance of the belowground mines under his control are-(a)maintained in perfect working order;(b)inspected by Instructors at specified intervals; and(c)tests are conducted and adjustments are made.
