Section 138(a) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(a)the minimum lateral clearance of half a metre is maintained between any part of a vehicle and any fixture or any re-equipment used in an excavation or tunnelling work after allowing the throw or swing of such fixture or equipment;
