Section 16(g) in The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Act, 2000
(g)to undertake for the benefit of worshippers and pilgrims :-(i)the construction of buildings for their accommodation ;(ii)the construction of sanitary work ; and(iii)the improvement of means of communication ;
