HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 02/06/2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that without declaring the cut off marks the candidates could not have been called for interview. Counsel submits that petitioner had also made an application under RTI for receiving information regarding the cut off marks and their own marks but no information has been placed by the RPSC. Counsel further submits that without cut off marks being told to the candidates, arbitrarily certain candidates have been directed to get their documents verified and result of only 18 candidates have been issued for Fisheries Development Officer and 30 candidates for Assistant Fisheries Development Officers on 19.5.2020. Counsel submits that the petitioners have secured higher marks than those whose names have been mentioned in the result.
Issue notice on the writ petition as well as stay application, returnable within four weeks.

(2 of 2) [CW-5895/2020] This court is of the prima facie view that without cut off marks, candidates cannot be called for interview as there should be complete transparency in conducting of examinations.
In the meanwhile, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission restrained from conducting the interview for the post of Fisheries Development Officers and Assistant Fisheries Development Officers in terms of the result dated 19.5.2020.
