(2)The Central Government may, debar a person permanently or temporarily from holding any [licence or rating] [Substituted 'licence' by Notification No. G.S.R. 1089(E), dated 5.11.2018 (w.e.f. 23.3.1937).] mentioned in this Part if in its opinion It is necessary to do so in the public interest.
