Section 4(1) in Uttarakhand Disaster Mitigation, Management and Prevention Act, 2005
(1)The State Government shall ensure that all the authorities and agencies under section 3 of the Act take all such measures as are necessary or expedient for the purposes of managing a disaster and mitigating its effects.
