Section 25(1) in The M.P. Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)Every society shall keep at its head office proper books of accounts with respect to-(a)all sums of money received and expended by the society and the matters in respect of which the receipt and expenditure lake place; and 4(b)the assets and liabilities of the society.
