Section 7(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1971
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being appointed and for being a member of the board(i)if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent ; or(iii)if he has been or is convicted of an offence which, in the opinion of the Government involves moral turpitude.
