Section 84 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
84. Prohibition of obstruction. -
(1)No person shall, in any way, obstruct any member, Director, officer or employee of the Authority in the discharge of any duty or the exercise of any power under this Act.(2)No person shall obstruct any person with whom the Authority has entered into a contract, in the performance or execution by such person of his duty under, or in doing any thing which he is empowered to do by virtue of, or in consequence of, this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
