Section 41(1) in Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Act, 1965
(1)The rights conferred on an institution by approval may be withdrawn or suspended for any period by the Syndicate if the institution has failed to observe any conditions of its approval to the interest of education, or the teacher recognised by the University leaves the institution.
