Section 13(6) in University of Technology, Jaipur Act, 2017
(6)If, in the opinion of the President, any decision of any authority of the University is outside the powers conferred by this 'Act or Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations or rules made thereunder or is likely to be prejudicial to the interests of the University, he shall direct the authority concerned to revise its decision within fifteen days from the date of its decision and in case the authority refuses or fails to revise such decision, then such matter shall be referred to the Chairperson and his decision thereon shall be final.
