(2)The Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor from a panel of three persons recommended by the Board of Governor and shall hold office for a term of four years. Provided that, after expiration of the term of four years, the Vice-Chancellor shall be eligible for reappointment for another term not exceeding four years.
