(c)sell such gold within a period of thirty days from the date of such declaration or within such further period, as, on sufficient cause being shown, may be allowed by the Administrator, to a licensed refiner or, if so authorised by the Administrator, to a licensed dealer [or to such other person or authority as may be specified by rule made in this behalf] [Substituted by Act 26 of 1969,(w.e.f. 3-7-1969).].
