Section 2(1)(a) in The M.P. Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par Kar Niyam, 1976

(a)"Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mai Ke Pravesh Par Kar Adhiniyam, 1976 (No. 52 of 1976);
(aa)[ "Designated Officer" means an officer designated by the State Government shall be the Designated Officer under Section 3-A] [Inserted by Notification No. A-5-3-99-ST-V(8), dated 2-3-2001.];
