Initially, petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties not to withdraw the litigation of National Cadet Corps or units in the concerned College at Faizabad and for constitution of Selection Board for appointment of Associate National Cadet Corps Officer. It appears that petition has lost its efficacy by efflux of time and is therefore dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to petitioner to file appropriate recall application in case cause of action still survives.
