Section 50(2) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(2)This licence shall be subject to the special and general conditions relating to the sale of toddy and other rules and orders which are in force and also the rules and orders if enforced after the issue of this licence, from time to time.
