Section 35(1) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2014
(1)Recovery of capacity charge, energy charge, transmission charge and incentive by the generating company and the transmission licensee shall be based on the achievement of the operational norms specified in the regulations 36 to 39.
