50. Operational issues pertaining to Lloyd's India.
- The applicant granted the certificate of registration by the Authority to transact reinsurance business through Lloyd's India shall ensure that the following minimum requirements are addressed at all times and shall submit to the Authority the necessary approval of their Board of Directors or the executive committee of their Management, as the case maybe :
