The issue involved in the present writ petitions is cognizable by the Armed Forces Tribunal constituted under Section 4 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 ( 55 of 2007) by the the Central Government vide notification dated 07.08.2009. These cases are accordingly transferred to the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh.
The parties through their counsel are directed to appear before the Tribunal aforesaid on 01.02.2010.
A copy of this order be placed on the record of each concerned file.
