Section 11 in The Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019
11. Staff.
- The authorities may discharge its duties through the staff of Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department, Haryana or Haryana Livestock Development Board or Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences or through any other person so authorized. They may also outsource or get on deputation such number of officers and with such veterinary qualifications and experience, as may be prescribed as they may consider necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions.
