Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Rules, 1972
(1)An appeal to the council preferred under section 20 against a refusal of the Registrar to register the name or any title or qualification of any person on the register of registered practitioners, shall be in writing and shall state the grounds on which registration is claimed, the names of the qualifications and the dates on which and the authorities from whom they were received.
