101. Collector may delegate powers. - The Collector may [* * *] delegate all or any of his powers and functions under this Part to be exercised, under the control and supervision of the Collector, by any Deputy Collector, Assistant Collector, Sub-Deputy Collector or other officer of like rank:
Provided that every order passed by such Deputy Collector, Assistant Collector, Sub-Deputy Collector or other officer shall be appealable to the Collector within fifteen days of such order being passed.
