Section 14(2) in The Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922
(2)The trust may -(a)refer to such committees, for inquiry and report, any matter relating to any of the purposes of this Act, and(b)delegate to such committees by resolution, and subject to any rules made under section 74, any of the powers or duties of the trust.
