13. The Registrar of Examinations.
(1)The Registrar of Examinations, shall be appointed in such manner on such emoluments and other conditions of service and as may be prescribed by the statutes.(2)The Registrar of Examination shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the statutes.
