Section 3(5) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(5)The University shall function as an affiliating and teaching University and it shall affiliate any college or institution for teaching or coaching students leading to the conferment of degrees, diplomas, or grant certificates for skill development and vocational purpose to the students admitted therein. Post graduate studies and research will also be undertaken.
