Section 115 in The West Bengal Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
115. Appointment of Receiver. -
For the purpose of conduct of sale and delivery of possession of any property sold under this Chapter the Registrar may, where no Receiver has been appointed by any court in respect of such property, appoint a Receiver in accordance with the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and determine his remuneration in the manner prescribed.
