33. Power to Remove Difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of these Regulations, the Commission may, be general or special order do or undertake or direct the Licensee to do things not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act as may appeal to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulties.
