Section 7(1) in The U.P. Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1976
(1)Every order refusing to grant the licence under Section 4, or refusing to renew the licence under Section 5, or suspending or cancelling the licence under Section 6 shall be in writing and shall contain the reasons in support thereof and every such order shall be communicated to the applicant or the licensee, concerned.
