- Desalination applications (carbon aerogels)
- HID exchange (Pt Loaded carbon aerogel)
- Kindly provide full technical details like the Experiment in which these targets were used, the name of experimenter, specifications of targets used and detailed specifications of experimental setup in which these targets were used along with the detailed results obtained through the experiment.

6 Kindly provide the details of expenditures made by Target Lab in Expenditure has been incurred for various forms under project plan X (330 lakhs Rupees) and various purposes for the cause of project plan Xl (440 Lakh Rupees). Target Lab and the information is not available in consolidated form. If you are interested for knowing any specific details, you are requested to come down to this Office on any working day and go through the documents so that as per your desire the Photo copies of the relevant documents can be supplied to you following the provisions under RTI act.
7 Kindly provide the details of promotions awarded to Target Lab Enclosed Annexure-V. head Sh. R.K. Khardekar -- right from the beginning (After joining the DAE) at various stages and list of achievements (in form of completion of projects and other major achievements) acquired by Sh. Khardekar Ravindra Kumar.
8 a) Kindly provide whether RRCAT running any program related RRCAT has no programme on Laser with Laser based-Inertial-Confinement-Fusion (ICF) or not? If, based-Inertial- yes please provide the status of this program in detail. Confinement-Fusion (CF).
b) Does Target Lab established the technology related with filling of Fusion- fuel in spherical Targets? If yes please provide the level of perfection in technical terms. Grounds of the Complaint:
Unsatisfactory and delayed reply of the first RTI application. With reference to RTI application -II reply of the queries no V and VI has not been provided by the concerned authorities.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Complainant: Mr. K. K. Mishra;
Respondent: Mr. O. T. G. Nair, PIO & OSD on video conference from NIC-Mumbai Studio;
The Appellant states that he is satisfied with the information provided by PIO Mumbai but he is not satisfied with the information provided by PIO, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Tech, Indore. He states that information and annexures are not appropriate. The Commission directs the PIO Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Tech, Indore to give the correct and complete information to the Complainant with respect to query-1, 5, 6 & 7.
Decision:
The complaint is allowed.
The PIO, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Tech, Indore is directed to provide the information on queries 1, 5, 6 & 7 to the Complainant before 10 June 2012 This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties. Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
