Section 17 in The Sailing Vessels (Inspection) Rules, 1962
17. Production of Certificate.
- The owner or tindal shall produce the certificate on demand by a surveyor, any officer of the Customs or of the Mercantile Marine Department of a Regional Officer (Sails).
