Section 169(5) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(5)If a member, who has been granted leave of absence under Sub-rule (2) attends the session of the Assembly during the period of his leave, the unexpired period of the leave from the date of his resumed attendance, shall lapse.
