37. Service not in strict conformity with rules.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Rules 35 & 36 the State Government may empower the Chairman, Board of Examiners, to admit in his discretion any candidate to an examination under these rules, if he so thinks fit.VIII. Examination Subjects
