Section 36(1) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(1)If the holder of a conductor's licence ceases to reside at the address recorded in the conductor's licence, he shall, within thirty days of any such change of address, intimate, his new address, to the licensing authority by which the licence was issued and, if the new address is within the jurisdiction of another Licensing Authority to that other Licensing Authority.
