Section 1 in The M.P. Bhiksha Vritti Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1973
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Bhiksha Vritti Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1973.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force in such area and on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
