ORDER:
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced copy of FIR.No.373 of 2024 registered with the Cyber Crime Police Station for the offences under Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 354D, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 03.05.2024 and as modified by order dated 10.06.2024.
2. Copy of the FIR is served on the petitioner-party-in-person.
3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and it is accordingly closed.
The miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
