Section 12(3) in Chhattisgarh Biological Diversity Rules, 2015
(3)The Board may invite any person, whose assistance or advice is necessary to obtain opinion in performing any of its functions and to participate in the deliberations of any of its meeting. Such person associated with the Board shall be entitled to get sitting allowances, travelling allowance and daily allowance as admissible to non-official members of the Board.
