Per D.N. Patel, J.:

---
1. Counsel appearing for the State has submitted that the State has challenged Annexure 3 to the memo of writ petition passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Patna Bench at Ranchi in contempt case being C.C.P.A. No. 17 of 2008. This order is dated 15th February, 2013.
2. During course of argument, counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 submitted that as the contempt case has already been disposed of by the CAT and, against the interim order, this writ petition has been preferred, ignoring the fact that now the contempt matter is not pending at all and, therefore, final order has to be challenged, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order. Final order has been passed in the contempt matter by the CAT on 21st April, 2014.
3. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as the final order in the contempt case is not challenged. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A. No. 7397 of 2013 stands disposed of.
