Section 559(2)(i) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(i)The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Netarhat School is empowered to accord administrative approval to all works in connection with the aforesaid school; residential or non-residential, up to a limit of Rs. 10,000 and to water-supply, sanitary and electric installation up to a limit of Rs. 5,000.
