(1)A head warder shall be constantly on duty, as gatekeeper, at the main gate of every jail, between the hours of opening the jail in the morning and closing it at night.(2)At every relief of any gate-keeper, a note of the hour of such relief shall be recorded and signed by both the relieved and relieving officer.
