Section 8(1) in Uttarakhand Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 2016
(1)The authorities shall exercise all or any of the power and perform all or any of the functions conferred on, or, assigned, as the case may be, to it under this Act or the rules framed thereunder in accordance with such directions as the State Government may issue for the exercise of power and performance of the functions by or any of the authorities.
