Section 20(1) in The Shree Karveer Niwasini Mahalaxmi (Ambabai) Mandir (Kolhapur) Act, 2018
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the Committee may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, suspend or cancel a licence,-(a)if the licence has been obtained through wilful misrepresentation or fraud;(b)if the licensee or any servant or any person acting on his behalf with his express or implied permission, commits a breach of any of the terms and conditions of the licence ;(c)if the licensee has become an insolvent ; or(d)if the licensee is convicted of any offence under this Act or any other offence involving moral turpitude.
