Section 16(2) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(2)Application for granting of a licence for construction of new Cold Storage shall be given in duplicate to the Licensing Authority in Form 7 which shall invariably bear the signature of the applicant.
