Section 39(1) in The Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission - Conduct of Business Regulations, 2004
(1)In accordance with section 228 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, whoever intentionally offer any insult or causes any interruption in any of the proceedings of the Commission shall be punishable with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend Rs.1000/- or with both.
