(4)The Returning Officer shall, on being satisfied as to the genuineness of an application of withdrawal and the identity of person delivering it under sub-rule (2), cause a notice in Form 7, giving-particulars of the candidates who have withdrawn their candidature, to be affixed on the notice-board in his office.
