Section 18(1)(a) in Bihar Gram Sabha (Co-ordination of meeting and Procedure for conduct) Rules, 2012

(a)The Mukhiya shall keep in one subject for Vigilance Committee/ constitution of Vigilance Committee in the agenda for the meeting scheduled to be held in the first quarter of each financial year. Every Gram Sabha , within its jurisdiction , may constitute territorial constituency wise vigilance Committee(s).
