Section 18(b) in A.P. State Human Rights Commission (Procedure) Regulations, 2013
(b)If the complaint is admitted or is taken cognizance the notice in (Form A) shall be sent to the concerned authority enclosing a copy of the complaint. Such notice shall specify the time within which the information or the report has to be submitted.
