Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6 and 7 have not filed any counter affidavit despite grant of last chance.

Learned counsel for petitioners has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent No.5. Registry has pointed out defects in the said application. Learned counsel for petitioners shall, within a period of two weeks, as a last chance rectify all such defects.

List again on 30.3.2020.
