Section 23(1) in The M.P. Swayatta Sahakarita Adhiniyam, 1999
(1)If any person having been admitted as a member of a co-operative dies or subsequently becomes subject to any of the disqualification specified in the bye-laws shall cease to be a member of the co-operative.
